Getting your driving licence back after disqualification
You have to apply for a new driving licence before you start to drive after your disqualification period has ended.
You can apply to renew your licence up to 56 days before the disqualification ends.
You will need a D27P form (this should be sent to you 56 days before the end of your disqualification)
